For many cave divers, it’s a dream to visit Mexico at least once in their lifetime and explore some of the most spectacular underwater cave systems in the world. After successfully qualifying as a Full Cave Diver the previous year, I knew that Mexico had to be my next big diving adventure. I just had to make it happen! I waited until January, when conditions are generally more favourable during the dry season and the risk of hurricanes is lower. This would also be my first tr
